I like the stuttery vibe, but I think there needs to be more than one layer so that it's not so disjointed. I think a big fat bassline would be dope, or maybe some other melodic instrumentation to reinforce the melody hidden the chops n' stutters.

sorry, but this sounds like two loops running through a vst effect. maybe try some sort of structuring the track a little more, give it an aim to work towards, maybe try something to bring those disjointed stutters back together and clean up the mix a little. dunno what exactly it is, but it'S a little fatigueing
plus it clips like crazy.
