Came back to listen. I love this song.
I was trying to place who this reminded me of...I think I got it. It sounds like the Rushmore soundtrack to me cause of the classic Kinks-ish accoustic guitar and the Mothersbaugh-esque orchestration.
Also lol to Ariel singing about private school coming up right after this!

so here are some technical comments.
i hear huge breath pops and or rumbles from the guitar recording.
i think its the vox tho..
also, vocals need de-essing badly.
the panned guitars are cool.. but there needs to be a solid middle. there is none.. as your voice isn't as freq rich as the guitars.
so, bring up the vox... or something.. sounds like a water bowl.
(THESE ARE ONLY TECHINICAL PROBLEMS SO DONT GET ALL SENSITIVE)

Dude, I really like this. What's really weird is I opened both this and Dreamer in separate windows accidentally so they started playing at the same time, and it sounded really good! Something about the droning pads and your guitar really mixed well. Do I feel a remix/mashup coming on?
