I like that trumpet-y lead sound.
There are some interesting subtle melodies going on. I think maybe they need to be used a little more sparingly in order to preserve their subtle-ness.
The rhythm section sounds a bit 'stock', if you know what I mean.

I like the tones and sounds alot
nice synth lead., oh wait that's a doctored sax......nice.

if I could complain about this song, it would be a lack of disipline to some of the samples. to me, it sounds like they're just sort of bouncing around. but that's just my opinion.
son, I think you're gonna be aaaaalllllright.

cheers both of you.

j_chot: yeah i know what you mean. I kind of banged those samples in quickly.

i like the trippiness of this.
and the jazz flavourings are cool.
i like the lack of the discipline, gives it a nice texture.

it would be cool if you had some kind of solo instrument floating over the top, to tie it together.

yeah, it's like the o.s.t to

"let's order pizza"
-"ok, but you call"
"no prob. what shall we have onto it?"
- salmonella and artichokes"
"yuk! lets go for triple cheese"
- "no i want salami, and finish that donkey kong level already"
- let's just grease up this dildo
etc

haha, sweet. "salmonella and artichokes" i'm gonna take that as a compliment!!

That filtered sax is bitchin. But as mentioned above, the drums are a bit too stock sounding.

hmmm do you reckon it's the drum sounds or the rhythmn or both? I might go back to it and give it some freaky beats of exitement one of these days.

to me it's mostly the actual sounds. I don't think it needs to be freaky necessarily, but at times it seems like it was forgotten in the back. we of electronic music don't mind repetitive beats of course, but they have to get some tlc, you know? they just feel a bit flat.

Yeah, I hear you Subset.Do you know any good tricks to give them a bit more life??

I think I really a bit on putting the drums through the Izotope plug in.

Anyway, cheers everyone for listening.

haha, I meant Rely, not really^^
