and an even more interesting concept for 1981. This record was really kind of "retro-futurism" even when it came out. It had a funny 50's sci-fi vibe about it.
I'm, not a huge fan of much else that ELO did, but this record is a real gem.

It sounds great, its simple, and it's really light on CPU. Any monophonic synth on this song that you hear is Leto. All the the polyphonics come from Polysix.

and thanks for the nice feedback, this song was a little more industrial than I typically get, so I was a little concerned about pulling it off. this was really tough to mix because I used vocal effects in places that were prone to transients and extremes.
And lol no its not on vinyl. I wish.
