1. sound off to sound on
2. select a dot and drag up to field
3. change effect setting on the top left, change sample at bottom left
4. open [recorder.mxf] to record (you may turn soud off, just to avoid possible crash)
made with max/msp and source patch is included.
for max/msp users...
GUI for lcd very similar to what you see above, if you are interested...

last year i used your guitar thing as an example of what can be done with max/msp for my intro electronic music class at USF in tampa (i gave you full credit and directed students to your site at the time)
it sparked a lot of interest in max/msp... and in you also (you probabnly got a lot of hits from tampa last year lol)
