was using winxp for a couple weeks for my internet viewing pleasure. setup a specialize installation of ubuntu for my music and started this last night, left the beat on while i slept, and expanded on it this morning.

this is the first version for ur commenting pleasure. it's young, and i like to release early in the hopes some1 might want to use some of the session tracks. as always, they can be obtained in flac format. just lemme know.

okay, updated it. all sorts of great aliasing everywhere w00t! and i flipped a bunch of sliders in jamin, really not know what im doing, and hoped for the best. view the image and if u have ideas lemme know - cause again, i'm using old home theatre satellites as speakers :O

The mix sounds great to me. I can hear all of the tracks with perfect clarity despite the beat being fairly loud. But I don't think anything would be sacrificed by turning it down just a little.

And to me, the beat (kick and snare anyway) sounds stylistically dirty, with a scratchy texture and smashed lows and highs. I love it because the mix still has a very nicely defined soundstage. This is a fantastic example of how a dirty beat should be done.
