i was preparing some stuff for the laptop battle. some of the stuff based on a heavy modified reaktor-patch i also used at he stfu in weimar, but with a new sequencer. unfortunately reaktor doesn't run that well on my macbok pro, so i left that reaktor idea.
nevertheless, this is some of the results.
sounds quite a bit like a more or less known bunch of two wankers
tell me what you think. is this worth keeping?

is that the newscool synth with a different sequencer? i love the way that thing sounds.
and yeah you should keep this... it's pretty cool and would be a fun live track to manipulate and fuck up

yeah it's the newscool synth. the sound is quite obvious i guess
it'd be so much fun playing that fucker live again, but as long as reaktor is really flaky on my system, there's no chance
the sequencer is new. it's from an userlibrary ensemble caled helix.
thanks for comment

Newscool could be used as a standalone synth in my opinion. Nice use of it.
Love tha bass. Def. a keeper.
Whoa, what is that second beat you bring in?! Is that still Newscool? Or did you add a flanger or something?

There's a pitch shift delay type sound on what I think is the newscool synth that sounds sweet. I really like the way this whole thing works, despite its sonic similarity to those two known guys.

jittery meets viscous fluids. sounds like exploding hot metal hitting motor oil.

besides the pads everything is newscool in this track. but there are some grainshifters and a reverb doing some processing, that might result in this flanger like sound. but maybe it's the „orange grains“ ensemble from florian erdle, hat was also used on processing the beats.

obvious as it may sound, it's still a great sound
and your processing of it is very solid
and the synth pads are thick and lovely

lol kris.
wanking is what i'm known best for.
soundhdack: newscool is a reason alone to get reaktor. lazyfish is a madman when it comes down to reaktor. ilove every little bit of his ensemble beginning with heishere and ending with gaugear.

deep. all i got so far is a wet fart sample stretched for 3mins with paul stretch. not even in tune
i like the usage of reverb in this trekk (sic)

reaktor is really more about fancy looks and making stuff look more complcated than it actually is. reaktor 3 was the shits. though version 3 was running kinda touchy. (not that is better now)
you should give at least newscool, gaugear and skrewell a try. all of the three ar wonderfull pieces of software.
