It's really difficult to comment on this, probably because it is already (and sounds) finished. Really enjoyable though, the outro especially for some reason.
I'm not so into the vocal samples, but that's really just a very personal thing and they do help add extra interest.
Thanks for sharing.

I did make the pixel art. I love making things like that also.
djugle, what sound effect are you refering too? That voice-like thing that goes thru the entire piece? If so, here is a little story... The place where I work was creating a media piece about Halley's Comet. In searching for some images and info about it, I stumbled across a recording about the Leonid Comet. I grabbed the recording and placed it in my song - stretching it by a few hundred percent and effecting it with the Buffer Override plug in.
Funny, that you mention the Odyssey 2. I owned one of those, and sold it recently to a local video game / computer museum.
and... when I say released, I mean... I made some cd-rs myself, gave a bunch to friends, and placed some in a local store. I am also going to put the whole thing up on my website and make it available for free download.

This sounds sweet scu. I thought this was going to be a run of the mill NES type song, but then the mix busted into a collection of wonderfully spaced instruments.
Please let everyone know when you get the album posted.
