I think this is mostly done, though still officially a WIP. I destroyed, mangled, distorted, played cello on the top of and droned on until I got bored to achieve this mix.

Really, really nice.

I've been so uninspired when writing recently and this track reminds me of why I used to spend so much time here.

Fade-out felt a little too sudden though (how petty does that sound?)

Thanks, guys! It took me a long time to figure out what to do with the track. Adc likes it - so I am happy.

FS: Yeah, fade out is rather sudden...I can fix that.

I am working on a tweaked version...with some tremolo on tracks. I can't keep myself away from tremolo...

Mmm, i still love how this sounds like oo-ray.

But i also still wish the bass swelled at some point, like maybe right before that chord change? RRRRRRrrroowwwwrrrrr!

Djuggs, actually not all cello.

Most of the space of the track is taken up by adc's guitar playing, which I processed through a mix of editing, reverb, pitchshifting, and distortion plugins. Cello, as usual, plays a supporting role.

I should track down some Arthur Russell stuff...what do you recommend?
