the em411 relaunch seems like a good time to put up my first release in a long time.
as usual, it's not electronic at all...but people tend to like it when i post non-em songs up here! This is another one recorded with my brother, here he's playing the fretless gourd banjo.
you can hear more like this on my blog: link
there are all sorts of "Seznec Brothers" tunes on our website: link
(if you like it, here's another similar song that we recorded a few weeks ago: link )

I missed this on the front page...I enjoy this alot. I've been listening to alot of folkier stuff lately, this'll fit in well with those songs.

I'm so into this it makes me ache.
Do you record the vocals at the same time as the intruments?

just noticed your question, jmdaly...we recorded the guitar and gourd together, and then added the vocals later that day. glad you like it!
