--> hi!
i've been making this song for way too long and i have way too many versions of it. i'm confused about the mixing in there, as i always am. so give me some sage words if you have them.
its all white keys.

to make it, i used:

electric bass guitar, pss-680, piano, bass drum, clapping, bells, cz-3000, melodica, cat torture, acoustic guitar, mellotron samples and mattress gears.

it's pretty cute.....speaking of that...... link .....lately i can't stop myself from drawing those little creatures. i'm not sure what to make of it. i mean, drawing creatures isn't really so out of my ordinary, but i'm like obsessing over this. i must've made like 70-80 of them already. what ever will i do?

some treats?:

yar man, a fungus....i think they call it deer moss, i took it(the picture) out in my back yard/woods.
those arent its natural colors, of course.
link those are.

6 minutes+ ? !.. .hmm. i will have to look into that. should i just keep it going where it ends? or extend each little section? oh long songs......

Lovely fungus. I know there are a lot of sweet plants in Florida too.

You could extend each part, or pick up from where it ends now. I'd recommend trying both tactics. Push yourself to make it really long, then pare it down to five or six minutes.

Don't get me wrong, I think it sounds wonderfully finished at the length it's at. And in my experience, it's REALLY hard to extend a song six minutes without loops. But it's such a satisfying thing to hear an idea so thoroughly developed. It can't hurt to try, as you can always go back to this version.

thank you very much nick, youve just learned me something

so playful! sounds good on my monitors here...really can't complain much in terms of the mix. splendid.

brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!

do i hear a feline near the very end?
