sounds like a 20 years old synthesizer compilation track.
As soon as the bell instrument came in, my mind went strait to Depeche Mode. It's well executed though, so I'd describe this as a nice period piece.
I think its a bit unfair saying its a period piece? Sounds alot like some off the new (and very popular) french 'dance' music, like kavinsky et al...
