Hey peepz,
here is my machinedrum + micronord emtv liveset. Sadly missing the last 20 minutes, but at 3h20 it's long enough i guess. To people catching on to the saga, I've been working on a techno liveset since the day I "got it" by mythical inspiration in december  I wanted to toss the computer away, so this was done with just a mixer, a drum machine and a supporting synth. I played this set in a club on friday, then played it again for emtv on sunday. Mix on sunday was much smoother than in the club, where I was compelled to put the kickdrum back oh so quickly fearing to lose the people dancing.
I'm quite happy with this one, goes down quite smoothly. Some moments are a bit too loopy cause I was chatting I think, sometimes I say to myself "you could have ridden that variation way longer", sometimes I say to myself "YAH, NIIIICE", sometimes also I say "that pattern's not so good". Patterns not so good in general are the funky ones, which would work a blast if they were 4 bars, but here they are only 2 bars, and so fall a bit short.
Now that I'm starting to get the overall flow down, I will starting working on better sound quality, more quality, and maybe more 8step techno and things like that to have more HYPNOTISM going on. Also, I will try to involve the computer back into the whole thing, checking out things with reason. The biggest step involved will be bringing back the whole minimalism idea to the computer... That will be hard (even though it sounds so simple). I've been listening a lot to:

which is simply mindblowing, so many layers, so many funk, so smooth transitions. I want to do that now as well.

i really liked this. i think you should do more with just two peices of gear...instead of adding in the computer to get more elements. i find stuff more interesting when its limited. and this stuff is hot shit. so i want more like it.
