Hello all.
I have decided to team up with my friend Grinner, to do a one-off gig this summer. He plays bass and I will be doing my usual mix of circuit bent synths, guitar and vocals...i guess.
We are going for a doom laden sound. Something like OM vs Scorn...but shitter 
This is a very initial taster. Took 2 hours to create and obviously doesn't benefit from any of the aforementioned bass / vocals etc...as it is just the 'backing track'...
Any thoughts?

ooohhh, this reminds me of the blade runner sound track. this is very eery and unsettling... the ticking clock is a little bit cheesy.

glad it has spooked people, i guess that is the plan. as a big mr.bungle fan i did think of making it change to a funny bit next but i must resist that. light and shade (through nice synth work, or summat) but not a funny bit, which might undermine it all and turn us into (even more of) a joke
i dig about the clock being cheesy and about reducing it down a little (especially as it will add extra stuff live). the clock is a count in for Grinner, so his bass can crash in with the beat hmmm.

monty: we are after a name for this...Daphne Du Maurier on DMT could work. I want to call it paedo but Grinner says he doesn't want to be arrested.
