this song is hot, love the compressy semi-melodic sounds that are gated by the beats, really really interesting effect. Neat build up resonance over the whole thing, well done.

from portland, living in glasgow to tour. i'll be back in six weeks or so. yeah, this whole track is nothing but a 909 emulator run through a ms-20 emulator through through mde-x. no synths or anything added... drums > resonsance > feedback > filter > delay > compressor/limiter (hence the ducking) and adjustments of each.
this was a bit of an experiment. once i refine the technique, i should be able to get some more thoughtful pieces out with this sound.
