many toms and arppegiators and the sorts of perc sounds that drive some of us bonkers (including me)

like many things, one ought take their shitake in moderation... too many in yr stirfrizzle and you overwhelm yourself with chewy mushroomness.

I like the percussive stuff and the arppegiated stuffs... I don't care for that lead synth all that much, maybe its just too prevalent in the mix.
the doomsday chords are cool too.

re-listening that synth sorta reminds me of "Final Countdown"--certain cheesiness to the whole enterprise that I enjoy

"doomsday" was a seriously awesome movie

The rad streak of tantan releases continues. I'm totally Ok with the cheesy lead synth. You put it into a very nice context. And the compositional development after it goes away is absolutely delicious.

loving the bass pad melody - fucking excellent, even the electric piano/bell melody, terrific. that lead-synth is super 80s sci-fi!

shiitake sushi rolls! mmm.

thanks homeses

hadn't done something like this for a while, gunna keep sipping from the electro tap for a few weeks I think

some percussion sounds (and that seagull synth sound) are a little much...

but melodies excellent...reminds me of bola

Hey! Roshi told me my album reminded him of Bola. Does that mean that Tantan and I sound the same? Are we long lost brothers separated at Bola?

LOL...you both had these arpeggiated-like melodies and structures that sounded a lot like Bola.

It's better than both sounding like Enya.

haha seagull synth... that sound drives me nuts

nick and I are actually the same person!

OMG needs some DM lyrics.

mlbot do it! Whip out that vocoder and get busy!

its waiting for lyrics. the song. maybe? great transitions. the cheeze factor is not a bad cheeze factor.
