--> probably my best tune yet, as i feel i've learned how to refine my sound by proper use of spacing and compression.

this one is a slow 80bpm, mellow, rather melancholic piece. keys and strings, sine and drums

about the bass now, good thing you reminded me. i need tips/comments on the bass more than anything else since my speakers don't go that low (70, maybe 60hz) without sounding crap and i do my best with osciloscopes and inspector and spectrographs

the bass is muted.
I try to start with really really sharp sounds now. You can always use "cutoff" on a sampler to remove the edge.
For a bassline, that gives you room to let the bottom notes "breath" or really open up...

Love love love this song. godammit - its fantastic.
I'm in love with the fact that its stabbed percussives here and there and
a little of a slow-motion opiate groove.

the album is in the making... i mean i have a few more similar tracks but the album is more like a project, something i wish to accomplish soon, but as there is absolutely no market for this kind of music here and i don't have the resources to release it on my own this album may take a while to become reality... btw do you know any labels that might take this kind of music?

oh, and thank you loads for the nice encouraging comments. this is my greatest reward
