--> so i gave up producing dnb cus of the confinements of the genre but i started this track just for fun. at first it was your average dnb track. maybe not even average, it was crap. while messing around trying to break the beat, i made this really nice break and i just kept this and deleted everything else.

from there on the track took a completely wrong turn.

this is what turned out. a sort of half tempo dnb-dubstep hybrid...with wires...

Have you listened alot to afrobeat? The drive in the kick felt abit afrobeatish in the beginning. Like the contrast between superfuckedup synth sounds and extremely clean drums.
