--> weekend and some time for working on tunes.
as it is getting autumn, tracks seem to flow a little more easy.
dunno why, but it seems like the atmosphere and everything, that surrounds this season, triggers something, that sets me into a good mood for creating tunes.
so here's the latest piece.

i'm not quite sure, if this isn't a little too fractured, but i like the mood and the flow, but if you have any hints on this, and criticism (in any form) is always welcome.

i hope you enjoy it

this is really beautiful. want 320 plz.

the only thing that caught me off guard was the first beat drop.. loud as fuck. but i liked it, really.

Wow, really enjoyed this. Nice and atmospheric.

Don't really have many suggestions except maybe the ambience could swell and release a little more for emotional effect

ah yes, autumn is the time to be creative. great tune, don't know if i'd change anything. yoghurtsyrup ftw!

@ Roshi:
can you elaborate that a little bit more. (the swell and release thing that is)

and thanks a lot for your comments

i like the beat centered fractureness
i like how the ending disappears
the background sounds could definitely be a bit more emphasized though.. just add a bit of loudness and mess with the eq to your likings

brilliant as usual. I think one thing I would add if this was my track would be a bassline just after the final breakdown and some high sparse sustained notes ,this would create a kind of relief after a long build up. Either way this is great.

Kids being back at school?

This is up to your usual quality Nils.

I found that I wanted it to shift a little with the drones and air conditioning system noises. To do a little more like the machines were yawning or something. Just a personal preference.

Just a question of dynamics of the ambience - you can swell the volume and taper it off to highlight the different parts of the track
thanks for te comments.
i'll have a look and finetuning the ambiences.

your idea with the bassline is cool. thanks for that paul.

textures are superb and well layered. nice work!

Ooohh. I really like this one. It's true, this is your usual quality output. I really like the attention to detail on the textures, very grainy.

yeah. this totally made me smile. the tension between slow moving atmosphere(s) and the staccato rhythms is great. lovely work as always nils. really.

peace

thanks a ton people. much appreciated

yghartsyrt - this is fucking great! i love all the sounds! how do you get them so pure? reminds me of twerk, not in the groove but in the depthy and clearness of al the sounds. your groove is great, don't get me wrong. i love it!!

thanks for your nice feedback.
the ambience-sounds were little quite stripped down loops, i processed with a variety of plugins – especially the ones from cycling 74's hipno and reaktor.
the sounds from the beats are mostly heavily processed little clicks and things like that. afterwards i just arranged them with a drumsampler.
