--> A 40-minute improv drone jam with ebow, guitar, mixer, pedals, es1 and delay. Started off as a test (it was the day I got my ebow) and I just happened to be recording! I might steal the first 10-15 minutes and use it in a song or something a little less vague, but I love it standalone as well.

Sorry for the lack of "proper" releases. I'm working on a bunch of newish songs at the same time but I can't call any of them finished enough to upload! I'm also unsure of my direction as I'l heading much more towards electroacoustic and ambient stuff, more than my last album which had a lot of bleeps and beats.

Sorry about the length, too.....

About the eeight other tracks I'm supposably qorking on. I got a ton of melodies and drones and "padding", but for some reason I'm uninspired with the beats (I have been for about six months). I occasionally think out and "mouth-off" patterns and stuff I find cool, but can't seem to pull it off on the comp for some reason. Or at least I'm not content with the results. Maybe I should make/record new samples. Go to the old industrial/trainyard parts of the city and bang some rocks/etc.

thanks for the listen! there are some parts (mostly in the middle) which aren't as good but I think it's mostly interesting. the ebow is great fun! hopefully you'll get one again for cheap!

the photo was taken during my 3-month trip to Terrace in british columbia, a few horus from Alaska. the landscape and forests there are amazing! full pic here link

photo looks almost like it's from a graphic novel or something at first glance, that should be your next album cover.

Great stuff! I love the opening "movement". When the first glitch samples come in, they seem a bit out of place. Too up front compared to the other sounds, maybe. After that the beats seem to work for me. Alot of good stuff in there. I got fatigued after a while.

About the beats: maybe you don't need beats.

too contrasty for an album cover, imo

thanks squeal! I agree abotu the beats. unfortunatelly I can't remove anything very easily since it was recorded just in stereo. I'm really set on using the first movement on something else though, maybe if I time-stretch it to 50%

yessss, my prayers have been answered ;)
this'll keep me busy for a week at least

i only listened to about five minutes, but that was all great
