I released this earlier last week and I wanted it to develop more melodically. I had DongleKing come up with a nice lil' counter melody that really fills the piece out. It was made entirely with Zebra 2, Microtonic, and samples of the kids next door (those smapples are at the beginning of the track, very faintly).

ps for some reason this track seems to slow down in the player (also on the player on my site). So don't listen to it in the flash player...Anyone know what causes this? I have two tracks of mine that do this. I need to figure out how to stop it...it makes my flash player on my site useless.

its player slower cuz u must be encoding at 48k (mp3s support up2 48k.. but this player.. NOT SO MUCH)

I'm not sure about the accelerando beginning of the tune - I've just listened to it about 5 times straight. It sounds a bit too familiar and Aphex-y. I think it would be better to just start the tune at tempo. The track has some wonderful moments, especially within the melody, and the accelerando is just out of place because there is nothing wonderful or special about it. Sure it sounds okay but given the rest of the track it should be discarded. Whatever you decide to do it's a really good track, in my opinion. I just think it could be better.

hehe, I don't know why I had it on 96k...I'm back to 44k
I got rid of the accelerando beginning...it works well.
