i'd keep my hands of the behringer one. it really sucks.
the x-session pro is kinda nice but feels very plasticy
the hercules one looks really sturdy haven't spent that much time with it.

the nocturn has the disadvantage of no faders, but feels super great and rock solid. the fader is kinda slow though.
another one would be from numark:
link

but i haven't played with it yet.

i have behringer bcd2000. it is probably the worst thing that has ever happened to my life. in fact, just thinking about it makes me want to go home and burn it.

anyone want to buy a bcd2000? ;)

whats so bad about it?

Numark Total Control looks rather nice but is a bit on a costly side

(check the vestax vci-100 also)

For Traktor and the like the Vestax VCI/VCM series are great (I've only played with the VCI-100, but assume the rest are just as good). A little on the pricey side, but you pay for quality.

edit: beat me to it ^^^

oof! the vestax vci-100 is way above my price range

especially from laconic records. they offer great deals.

sorry cbit

;)

it simply doesn't work as advertised

Off on a tangent, does the latest version of Traktor support VST plug ins?

lol. Just to make sure everyone knows: don't order from laconic records. I ordered a vci-100 from them and it never arrived. They won't answer my mails or phonecalls. Now i'm talking to a lawyer to see if there's any way i can get my 475 EUR back

nopes.

but torq from m-audio does. (which is basically the ms-pinky-stuff in a neater looking package)

best of luck cbit.
